Question from a newbie. Will the share price ultimately impact the value of the offer that's made from a potential suitor for 4DS? In other words, will it make a difference to the takeover amount if the share price is 5c or 20c. In my brain, the value of the share price doesn't matter to long-termers because the company will be sold for the value of the tech to the buyer and if there's any competition from rival bidders. The share price would only matter if you wanted to sell before any sale. Thoughts?
