Wanting to understand better the terms of the CATL investment.
In particular that relating to -- For a period of 18 months, if CATL holds >10% of PLS, CATL will sell shares into any control transaction which has been accepted by shareholders owning more than 50% of PLS shares and is accepted by at least 75% of PLS' directors.
Have/are there any current ASX stocks with a similar agreement ?
What is control transaction?
Yet another question --- "Huicen Capital P/L" now appears on PLS' Top 20 Shareholders list ( 31st August ).
Interested to know the background of the company. It was incorporated Feb. 15 2019 as an Australian private company.
Not suggesting anything wrong.
