SP IMO is very much a reflection of the lack of traction or cohesive plan to stimulate/create growth. Again IMO there have been a revolving door of strategies and personnel over the last couple of years with little to show for it.
Until they can show consistent delivery of targeted grow numbers and underlying profitability metrics IMO there will be little momentum in the SP.
To achieve the above their needs to be a documented, cohesive and logical plan with measurable KPI’s - “the roadmap”. From here it then becomes a matter of execution and delivery - pretty black and white really. Delivery equals results - non-delivery equals consequences, all done with full transparency and accountability. To date again IMO it has been difficult to assess this business with such clarity and their has been way too much rhetoric and opaqueness.
