ESOP $0.08 45,000,000 - highly doubt management will pay more when they already banged on about it being a significant premium at the time it was put up and fits perfectly with the timing of the 65,000,000 8c options expiring a fortnight post the the vote and AGM.

The only way it will be known if they pay more than $0.08 is when the AGM resolutions are released a month prior so end of this month.

All up that makes it 110,000,000 $0.08 shares coming online in November.
