if this business can continue profitability and not attempt to grow in the next few years via debt, reduce their existing debt or improve their asset values (excluding intagibles)... they should be a good thing. But you are looking at a balance sheet with a lot of debt and very few real assets, integration issues from recent acquisitions and new contract hiccups... I would say this is a long way from fundamentally solid.

it really needs solid news to shake the interest of the shorters, which are currently holding this very firmly by the short and curlies.
