Yes I do see your point of view, I think companies quiet often quote shorter timeframes in order to manage short term expectations; however, in this instance, there have been multiple reports from different stakeholders that an announcement should be forthcoming by the end of the year. I am hopeful that this will occur; however, whether or not this will be a good (or bad) result is another matter entirely
