    Bad weather= reduced production of nickel and further calls for the minigng industry in the Philippines to be shut down.

    Could be the smart money know this and are withdrawing stock before it influences the market. If this storm tracks the way it currently is the Nickel price would almost certainly be impacted. Then again trump could tweet
