Sellers are very impatient here.
We saw price action a couple of months ago when the cashflow is positive, and we could easily see a 50% leap on a single deal announcement.
The business' growth has tipped it over the R&D rebate limits, so it misses out on most of that benefit, but in doing so it is growing profitable revenues - the outcome we want.
I added some more this week pushing up my average price, but I am a strong believer the corporate sales approach will result in a business with a great recurring revenue customer base, that will pay dividends and be attractive to potential suitors.
