BOE Governor has already said, very likely Brexit will occur before the 31st with a deal- good outcome
in the unlikely event no deal- Uk will engage in a massive stimulus program- still a very outcome.
Brexit fears overdone and not going to impact Uk economy as some fear mongers would like you to believe.
