I was reminded today that there isn't any time left for a Takeover Offer. In my opinion, I guess we will only be notified when OCJ have done a deal with the Flinders Board (Todd).

What will that deal look like, I don't know.... But whatever it is, it would be a done deal. From what we hear, and I am not in the know, just guessing, OCJ would be very aware of their position, their responsibility in this matter.... We all have full faith in OCJ trying to get the best deal for themselves, and if that is the case any deal between OCJ and TODD would be final.... Let's hope that the deal will be one that we are happy to accept.

Assuming Todd and its partners want to get rid of all of us, (which they do) in my opinion, eventually we will be told what the agreed deal is and ... it's all over red rover...however I really thought that it would be Todd Corporation and Flinders United Together forever... going to production... so it's a bit sad that our mateship could soon be coming to an end.

We know that time is short for Todd, this huge new BBI Group’s project is trying to move forward with their railway line and Port, and soon I guess moving forward with the Flinders Mines project. (PIOP)... so I guess there won't (mightn't) even be a vote, who knows... when there isn't any communication, our brains try and work out different scenarios on what could happen.... We don't know... but something will happen very soon, It's a very big project and minority shareholders are in Todd's way.

What will happen then, just guessing.... the share price should reflect the deal, (whatever that will be) and probably we could sell on market or wait for an official notification.
