Hadn’t heard about it before. Maybe just a coincidence it was announced the same day as Erin %. It looked to me like part of the deal and that in lieu of 10% and $2.25M they were also being brought into line with new petroleum code and this looks more punitive than existing especially if you weren’t aware of losing 15%.
In Senegal, they have some commercial first mover advantages which predate the code and are preserved.
Why change arrangements in Gambia if not related to Erin%?
