the west online is utterly useless. it slowly updates its website. right now, the main story they have is the one that viceprincess just posted. i expect the story i am talking about that was in this morning's paper will be posted up a little later.
if anyone else has a copy of the west they will be able to confirm what i am saying.
my guess is that we will know later today the outcome. and i am sure Cape will get the cash.
i read the story this morning and got in early to work to top-up but what do you know, a TH. :-)
that is probably why they did the TH: they didn't want the SP taking off! :-)
