    Those "interested parties" that he's been talking to are waiting to see the PFS AND actual pre-production results from the pilot plant.
    Steve can't wait for that and has to get funds to PAY for those pre-production results from the pilot plant that those "interested parties" are waiting for. It's all catch 22 stuff. I'm glad you still haven't changed your sentiment!!!
