I'm not too worried by the market response. I think the announcement was carefully/cautiously written, which may not have caused people to go crazy, but is indicative of a quiet confidence in this project.For example, it refers to successful trials having being completed, so this purchase is clearly something beyond a 'I wonder if this works' for the purchaser. This is supported by the comment that

'This order is the first part of a process to use Phoslock® as part of a Florida Wetland solution'.

They could have said it is a trial or a test or pilot program, but instead they said its the 'first part' of a process. Clearly, there is more than one order coming.

Then, to make it even better, the announcement states that this order addresses several milestone projects. Milestones are not the end of something; they are steps along the way. I read that as saying the process has been approved in several areas and this is the first order to come from it with more to follow.

Lastly, they state that these projects (already approved) will serve as test cases for similar projects in the Florida wetlands where here are similar problems. Hence, again, not a pilot on a small area. Instead, its a project in one area that will be used to assess suitability for another area. Given the sizes and type of problems at these other areas are said to be similar, its reasonable to expect similar positive outcomes and more orders. So I agree with others who see this as being akin to the first significant China order. Its well past a trial now. The product has been assessed and approved and now this is an order to address a particular region. The region will need more Phoslock and other regions seem likely to approve this solution too. I see it as a very positive announcement and expect this will stabilize the SP and be the springboard for future rises.
