The following is a cut and paste from the email I received last night and posted earlier today.
...Phillip Thomas flew to China on Sunday the 3rd of August to meet up with Shougang’s senior management and bankers this week...
...Given that no major update has taken place and the legal review of the contract clauses is still in process, no announcement has been made.
FOR THOSE THAT CANNOT READ IT SAYS, PT IS IN CHINA, MEETINGS ARE TAKING PLACE AND CONTRACT CLAUSES REVIEWS ARE STILL IN PROGRESS.
We are in prime time now, and since the negotiations have been in the pipeline for a while, an announcement could be made at anytime!
