    Can we please sack the independent expert and get someone who will actually do the job.

    Presumably we(yes you the shareholder) are paying this clown while he/she is busy with "other prior commitments" so perhaps he/she can do it on their own dime...

    And yes I'm dead serious. Sack them. Start fresh and get someone who is 100% focused on completing the task at hand.
