I think your failing to realise the dilution factor of DYL. Raising 60 mill is very possible for BMN but we dont need it yet. Look at what Extract did recently. With a 100+ million pound deposit on hand they would just get a large investor in. IMO way better than DYL's current position.
Also you need to do some research into operation costs for Calcrete deposits.
