fair to assume this means a capital raising is coming , we only have around $2 million cash and I'm not seeing many options being converted. Don't panic, but 8 cents is a natural magnet for the stock price at the moment anyways and they should use this improved costs of capital to raise equity for the next leg of development. maybe look to raise $25 million at 8 cents.
