I did last week.
The reply was that PYC has a controlling stake in Vision and the potential to increase its shareholding through the provision of funding to the subsidiary. However, the exact commercial terms of the agreement are confidential and also subject to change depending on a number of different variables. It was said that investors will be updated as and when the PYC shareholding in Vision changes.
