Bhp don’t have to release any news on there drilling if they don’t want to because of the size of the company mc
The results won’t have an effect on there share price therefore they don’t have to disclose them if they don’t want to keep there cards close to there chest
Rio consistently do this all over the world , BHP probably do the same cheers
