I think so, he takes some getting used to, but I've been a subscriber to his service for years. Only need to get one good inspiration a year from his vast experience to more than justify his (deductable) subscription. Not trying to advertise for him, but he realy has forgotten so much more than I'll ever know, is brutally honest about the mistakes he has made, and has a genuine desire to impart his knowledge and educate people. He is one of the few (can't actualy think of any others right now) who has this 'pass on the knowledge' ethic.
