As you are no doubt aware, Ed Nealon was the author of Aquarius' success, and he (and his following) will almost certainly ensure Sylvania follows suit.

In fact, with the backing of big brother Aquarius, I'd say the success of this venture is practically assured, and that Sylvania is as close as anyone is likely to come to a 'certainty' in the spec end of the market.
