4DS - Anything but Charting, page-3110

Well, I will say that BoD renumeration is pretty high for a loss-making, no-revenue company.

I like 4DS, have a nice stake here and want it to work. But if you want to discuss potential negatives, the amount of money the Directors make per year might be enough incentive for them to draw this on longer than needed. Why didn't the Directors participate in the last CR? Why was the last lot of 3Ys from directors due to the free issue of options, as opposed to Directors actually buying shares?

All questions to ponder and help balance out some of the hype we all are feeling with the Megabit platform progress.

How much more confidence would we all have if Directors were actually buying shares? Willing to put their money on the line. Whereas currently they take home more $ pa. than most of us and are often given free options or shares. What incentive do they have to speed everything along to aquisition stage? Sure, they can then make bulk $$$ from the aquisition, but if they're really confident they will, why haven't they bought more shares?

As I said, I'm actually pretty keen on 4DS, but if we want more critical balance in this threads, there are certainly negatives I can see.
