Pray tell me - how do you extrapolate what happens to the US / UK / market with here. Why not Poland - Slovenia - how do you guys suddenly extrapolate such a massive gap in economis? - why not Dubai or Brazil. When on earth have those markets ever had a bearing on Australia as far as property goes. I am going to buy a house in Adelaide, oh yes let me check how much houses are in Alberquerque - what crap!
