Aperplexing decision that seems to have no basis in sound business sense is now being implemented on franchisees whereby they have to predominantly stock 70% Australian sourced product. (furniture and bedding divisions)
Not only is this a step backwards in staying competitive with retail opposition, due to it making the he products available too expensive, but, more worringly it is against franchisee agreements and could call in the heavies from various government organisations who could impose penalties to the franchisor costing millions
respect to Gerry for flying the Aussies flag, but as a business decision it baffles me.
