No probs HC :o) Hang in there mate. Never let emotion override your rationality. Just remember that they paid off D1 well cost in 3 months - such is the profitability of the Rayburn wells. How many asset can you think of that will breakeven after 3-6 months and produce a ROI of 400-900% over its lifespan? This is what we are looking at for each of the Rayburn wells where the cost is approx 1BCF with recoverables in the region of 5-10BCF.
