Yep this has been going on for quite a while in fact over the past couple of weeks. It always seems to end up as a 10M surplus on the sell side when its happening. As soon as it is allowed to run the buy/sell volumes change over very rapidly. You'll find some 1M orders floating either side depending on the state of play. All very interesting ... it almost seems that the SP is being held within tight limits regardless of the market. Just a theory ...bit like the Olympic Torch on Everest :)
