I believe the London raising will be at the equivalent of 32 or 33c Australian.

I understand that price was agreed some time ago when it was actually a PREMIUM to the prevailing SLV share price. (I think it took everyone by surprise that the fine print and legal niceties of the deal took so long to finalize.)

The price set for the raising is in a sense academic, however, because it will all be going to safe hands.
