A further thought: this loan doesn't just float SAS until mid-Nov, it keeps SAS open until the R&D money comes which will be enough for about another four months of equity chasing.

Here's my new thought. This equity raise has come up short and won't proceed. But SAS have enough cash now to stay open until late-Jan/early-Feb. They will hit the bricks and look for a new way to find cash. Everything moves backwards another six months in terms of schedule. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new change in directors. This won't come out of VA, however, as the ASX will not allow it until they know that SAS can continue as an ongoing concern and living hand to mouth like this is not a good example of an ongoing concern. So we're in suspension for another 3 1/2 months from here.
