News to me about the NWIO alliance, seems a good call that they have held off from joining the group, may be an option iff all else fails, however IMO they will not need to consider joining the group as they have an ore in it's own class which will fetch a premium which will give them better barganing power with the majors, and I assume they expect to further upgrade the +110Mt already announced.
