take over target & tech co's compare

I found this useful tech company comparison table in an (SP3) Spectur Ltd presentation dated 19th September.

It's a similar style business to AVA - and the story will sound familiar.............  a manufacturer of security related products and this tiny company has some exceptional management (recently successfully head hunting an ex-WorleyParsons top brass).

I like the SP3 business because of its potential fit with AVA. SP3's main product are solar powered CCTV units, which would plug in nicely to the AVA total security package. It's cheap and has growing recurring revenues. Of course I have no desire for AVA to acquire such a business whilst AVA is sitting at these ridiculous multiples.

Anyway I have added AVA to this table for all to see just how badly priced Ava is right now.
