Not sure AGY love waiting on the Salta Provincial Government to issue the necessary permits while watching the market cap of their company (and the value of their own shares) slowly being eroded...Once this domino falls though, I suspect a few more will follow in quick succession.

I very much doubt Mitsubishi can sign a binding off-take until said permits are signed off, but I have no doubts that the relationship between AGY and Mitsubishi is only going from strength to strength in the mean-time.

Just remember, the slow degradation of the SP of a speculative company (especially one in the mining sector) in no way represents the progress the actual business is making in the real world. Just look at the recent satellite images of the AGY tenements for proof of this progression. It is always tough seeing the SP back down near recent lows, but the company just need to keep progressing and eventually the SP will reach true value. Whether this is realised next year or in 3 years, I will be around to see it through. I'm still here for the 10,000tpa from Rincon, not to mention Nevada. They aren't planning on buying that bit of land for no reason.
