This deal is diluting the company by over 50% and we are not getting cash for it!

My god the level of ignorance here is astounding.

A capital raising would have been so much better than this, atleast we would have gotten cash to take product to market. At this point we still dont have cash, so a capital raise is still on the cards. Had they did a capital raise at these prices would have had $60 million in the bank, yet because of this deal, we have the same dilution as a $60 million capital raise, but we dont have the cash.
