    I think PEM might go as low as 37 to 38 cents, but will then turn. Plenty of buyers now entering to support this stock. Buy/sell side now levelling out. Huge opportunity here to get in while the price is suppressed. Remember NTA value per share is $1.14. I repeat $1.14. The sellers might as well gift wrap this to the buyers.
