Totally agree there. However it just surprises me that Spx directors (DJ's advisers and brokers) would actually 1.) breach their confidentiality agreement and 2.) breach of trust by negotiating and acquiring the Penny West project , knowing full well the consequences.
Maybe there is some backstory here that VMC didn't disclose - surely the professionals that they are won't believe they can get away with doing what they did unless of course they have some evidence that would support their action and nullify any VMC claims against them.
