You can check a bit yourself, do you have any statements? The SRN / HIN can be found in the most recent holding statement or share certificate. It’s 11 characters long an usually starts with an “X” or “I”.

With that information, you would be able to trade on the ASX directly no worries. Otherwise, I am really not sure what your holding is and why your sell order is not accepted on the OTC market. Not very impressed with your bank, however now I live in Finland I also understand some customer service is very much a "help yourself" approach...
