The Company is yet to announce to the market/inform the ASX that it has met all the reinstatement conditions listed at 2.14 of the prospectus. 3. The ASX is not aware of why they have not received this notification from the Company ie what conditions haven’t been met and it is not the job of the ASX to know. Basically when the Company tells the ASX it’s got its house in order and met all the conditions the ASX will flick the switch and the Company starts trading. I will try and contact the Company to find out what Condition is outstanding or whether they are just intentionally dragging their feet.

Thanks for that. The ASX did not reply to my email last week. Did you ask them why the company is still listed after the expiry date for all conditions to be met?
