bj in the unlikely event that the septics had to fight the pacific war without any support from allied forces and bases and the nips had control of and managed to utilise the resources of all the countries they had overtaken it would have been a very different war. IMO it would have been bogged down with neither side having the upper hand until fat man and little boy entered the arena, then and only then would the result have been clear cut.
