Re Rusty2791 's remark about a class action. When just ago I came on site and clicked on this forum, up came also an ad from Maurice Blackburn. According their website it does not need to cost much or anything to start a class action and MB works on the principle of Lloyds Open Form "No Cure, No Pay". So if others are interested in supporting a class action, perhaps we should contact MB and see what they think of this situation.
I imagine one of the first things to do is get a list with names and addresses of MED shareholders. If I have got it right, according the company constitution a member of the company can go to the company office and see & photograph the members list. Or now, alternatively, go to Deloitte and get the list from them.
Any other suggestion as what to do first?
