I would have liked the SP to be building a base more around the 5c area
at this stage. As we know though what we believe and the market
gives well that's two different things.
You could look at the present SP and say well its fairly valued.
IMO Nova is discounted because of two factors. One being
not understanding how a low grade ore body is profitable and
the other is the SPP plan. I know a lot of shares have changed hands
since the SPP but also think the 2c issue is working on the markets
mindset. The market to me is how each participant perceives fundamentals
behind Nova. 2c is an anchor point in the mindset of buyers imo.
So where does that leave us?
Two camps, one that believes Nova is fairly valued and the run from 2c
was a gift to be taken. Those buyers will be sitting back now feeling somewhat
smug if they sold above today's price. I have no problem with that at all
its a free market so this is not an attack on traders as some will think.
You know who I mean.
Then you have the other camp who believe a fundamental base has
been built with the bulk of the upside to come. Obviously that's the camp
Im in. Wombat put a value of 0.148c on Nova. He has provided a wealth
of research to back up his valuation. Obviously it is based on positive
comes. Putting out a valuation like that really make you a target for
certain posters. Sad as it is that's how the market works as particapants
hope, pray, downramp and some try to manipulate the situation.
Anyone with who has looked at all the option posts can clearly see
what was happening there. Anyway if you are in my camp, the long term
group, then imo the best is yet to come. Probably entering a period
where Nova is going of the boil for a month or two until camp and drill
permits are approved. These are formalities Alaska is pro mining with
a government bending over backwards to get the state moving.
So that is how I see the fundamentals as they stand. All the side snipes
and low SP (for now) just a blip in what I expect to be a profitable investment.
Good luck all.
