It's all a matter of fear, IMO. Real fear that the plant won't deliver as far as recoveries, costs and metals prices are concerned and that CMR will lose more money during commissioning, that it may need further capital for rectification works and ultimately that it may go bust, IGV notwithstanding.
Coupled with management that has zero trust and respect in the market and there you have it, a share price that is a disgrace for all the time and investment that has gone into the company.
