You should be asking MMX management why they are participating in mediation when the case has 'No foundation or substance and claimed they wanted to proceed to court as early as possible!' Re read all MMX announcements regarding this case and send copies to PK and Co asking why their legal team hasn't managed to have this 'vexatious' claim thrown out and crushed CHM.
