Yeah, just had to look it up in the dictionary......means a "rude, rustic fellow, artless, unsophisticated, bumpkin".

Keating is a classic. That would really cut Costello....lol....as Costello would love us to believe that he is a sophisticated, 'classy' type. And it is well known that Costello has always been in awe of Keating.

Fact is, Keating is correct. Costello is a clodhopper. Very unsophisticated and artless.
