while the Prospectus cannot tell us how much Avatar paid for their shares, the Prospectus tells us the seed capital was 44,731,766 shares bought at an average price of 17.4 cents

since 15/8/2008, Avatar as been a Australian Proprietary Company

current director & secretary is IAN NORMAN TRAHAR

current shareholders are: IAN NORMAN TRAHAR (1.2%), GERSOR PTY LTD (40.3%; IAN NORMAN TRAHAR) and **OR HOLDINGS PTY LTD (58.5%; : IAN NORMAN TRAHAR)

Trahar holds 453,391,227 (23.05%) shares in SFG currently worth $40,805,210

in summary, the subholder was 100% IAN NORMAN TRAHAR
