Unfortunately it’s too hard to pin the tail on these donkies and they will all be men of straw hiding behind veils or entities. Even filing a case against their Directors and Officers insurance is fraught will danger as if negligence and/or complicity is proven the insurers will apply their get out of jail clauses and you will be back to suing the individuals who again you will find are surrounded with empty wells.
