The more advanced countries overseas are already heading in the direction of 45% EV's. Australia is lagging well behind. Most major vehicle manufacturers are phasing out building new petrol powered vehicles. In a few years time nearly all new vehicle sales will be EV's because that is all that will be available. I know those of the right here have been politically brainwashed into believing otherwise but that's your problem. Ten years from now half the vehicles on our roads will be either EV or diesel. Petrol will be rapidly disappearing.

Really???? They may be fine for short trips in the city but have no range so very limited when long distance travelling. And, in case you hadn’t noticed, Australia is a pretty big place.
