    The Directors of Solagran Limited wish to inform the market that the company has
    been advised the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) has
    completed selling all Solagran securities (SLA and SLACF) in which it claimed equity
    following the collapse of Opes Prime Stockbroking Limited. ANZ no longer hold any
    Solagran securities.
