In my opinion, he’s just keeping the company afloat as long as possible so he can collect a director salary and send business to his other companies/friends.
Our legal action didn’t fix things so let’s all make sure we vote no this time.
He has paid himself an average of $200,000 a year the last two years while sitting on two other boards. Imagine getting paid $200,000 a year and only turning up 1 out of every 3 days.
Not sure what he gets at the other two companies but $600,000 a year is a big salary for a competent person. And in my opinion this guy is anything but competent. He has the gift of the ** but not much else. He is running everything he touches into the ground. When one company dies, he just floats another one and collects a large salary for as long as possible.
