Of course it can, if an investment firm downgrades a stock is usually has an immediate effect so why not a well researched post on a public forum? Especially a post offering more detail than most analysts do.
Sure the market cap changed by $100M+ but the traded volume was less than $30M. It doesn't actually take as much capital to move a stock in the short-term as some might think.
p.s I never suggested this post was entirely responsible for today's movement, markets are a chaotic phenomenon with many moving parts but it's perfectly rational to see how such a post could have an effect don't you think?
