    This feeds back to my comments earlier in the week regarding our risks;

    - being bought out/taken over earlier then I/we’d like

    - management leaving/retiring early in the company growth stage

    - issues on protecting patents

    - Nviso agreement coming to an end, or if they are bought out where does PCK stand?

    Anyone shed any light on the above??
